Chips were cold, fish was watery and lacking any taste, the batter was too thick, slightly under cooked inside and over cooked on the outside with a old oily taste. Half chicken was dry and obviously cooked in the same old oil. Neither me or my partner was able to finish the food and binned over half. Might have just caught them on a bad day, but will NOT be going back again. Do Not Recommend !!!!

Really sorry to post this, we've always had a good experience. But tonight our sfc tasted and smelt of curry and were over cookef. Not sure why. But we couldn't eat it. Disappointed.

Regularly order and never usually have any issues however placed order at 19:21, 20:40 we rang to see where order had got to, was told its on the way another 10-20 minutes. 21:30 we finally got our order. Over 2 hours for a pie and chips and a pizza. They did give an extra bottle of coke for our trouble but a 2 hour wait for food is ridiculous.

When ordered earliest delivery was an hour after our order was made. After an hour nothing arrived. When chased was told hadn't left the shop. Order took an hour and 50 minutes to get to us. We live 10 minutes away! Won't use again.

Brilliant pizza selection with generous toppings, my kids love them, and the fish and chips is always very fresh tasting. Prefer the chips here to any other chippies in Burbage/Hinckley

Easy to order, delivery was in good time. However,I ordered a Margherita Pizza,and it was a little dry, nothing major but seemed like it needed a bit more of the lovely tomato sauce. Still polished it off between us though so was still very good
